The SCAR sewage composite exhaust valve is used at the highest point on the sewage pipeline or at the place where there is a closed air. It is used to remove gas from the sewage pipeline and unclog it, so that the pipeline can operate normally. If this valve is not installed, the pipeline will have a closed air, causing the sewage flow rate to be blocked and even interrupted. If negative pressure occurs in the power outage pipe at any time, it can cause pipeline vibration or rupture. The exhaust and suction valves quickly suck in air to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture.
Working principle of sewage composite exhaust valve:
When the sewage inside the pipe is in operation, the valve flap stops at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the sewage enters the valve and floats the ball, transferring it to the flap until it is closed. During the operation of the pipeline, a small amount of gas will naturally be generated and concentrated in the upper part of the pipeline to a considerable extent. The sewage and ball inside the valve will drop at any time, and the gas will be discharged from the small hole. If there is a power outage or pump shutdown, negative pressure will occur at any time when the water flow in the pipeline is empty. The floating ball will descend along the water and open the small hole to drive the large hole to conduct a large amount of air replenishment to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
Note: The pressure of the exhaust valve during use should not be lower than "0.02MPa". If the pressure is low, the exhaust valve is prone to water leakage and must be equipped with a valve for maintenance.
The working principle of the SCAR exhaust valve is the same as that of the CARX exhaust valve, with slight modifications to the structure and slight improvements to the lever mechanism to control the float ball at the bottom, so that dirt can only be found at the bottom of the valve body and will not wrap around the upper exhaust port, which will not affect the sealing performance.
