CARX-10Q16Q ductile iron composite exhaust valve is used at the highest point on the pipeline or in areas with closed air to remove gas from the pipeline and achieve normal operation. If no exhaust valve is installed, the liquid flowing in the pipeline will generate dynamic heat and cause gas to form a short circuit, resulting in insufficient water capacity of the pipeline. Secondly, power outage or pump shutdown during pipeline operation can cause negative pressure in the pipeline, which can cause pipeline vibration or rupture, and discharge (suction) The air valve quickly draws air into the pipe to prevent pipeline vibration or rupture. When water is injected into the pipe, the plug remains in the open position for a large amount of exhaust. When the air is completely discharged, the floating ball of water in the valve is lifted, and the plug is driven to the closed position to stop a large amount of exhaust; When the water inside the pipe is transported normally, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level inside the valve will drop, and the float will also drop. At this time, the air will be discharged through the small hole. When the pump stops and the water flow inside the pipe becomes empty, or when negative pressure is generated inside the pipe, the plug head opens to suck in air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
Structure and purpose:
This valve is a barrel shaped valve body, with stainless steel floating balls and plugs inside. This valve is installed at the outlet of the pump station or in the water supply and distribution pipeline to remove a large amount of accumulated air from the pipeline and improve the efficiency of water pipes and pumps. In case of negative pressure in the pipeline, this valve can quickly suck in air to protect the pipeline from damage caused by negative pressure.
