The HC41X silent check valve refers to a valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow of the medium itself, which is used to prevent medium back flow. It is an automatic valve, and its main function is to prevent medium back flow, prevent pump and drive motor reversal, and release the container medium. Silent check valves can also be used on pipelines that provide supply to auxiliary systems whose pressure may rise above the system pressure. Usually, this type of valve operates automatically, and under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve seat is cut off by the fluid pressure and the self weight of the valve disc, which acts on the valve seat. Not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity. The HC41X silent check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. The valve disc is guided by the central axis at both ends of the inlet, with flexible opening and closing, and can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is spring loaded, and its quick closing can effectively eliminate water hammer, with good sealing performance and no noise during closing. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low fluid resistance, fatigue resistance and long service life.
