Working principle of LH45X flow limiting check valve:
The LH45X flow limiting check valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump, which limits the flow of the working pump during single pump startup and non design working pump operation, allowing the pump to operate in a relatively stable state; Prevent overloading of the electric motor during low head, high flow, and low efficiency of the water pump; Prevent the occurrence of motor burning due to rated current, while also playing a role in energy conservation. The flow limiting principle is based on the design operating point head of the water pump, and the LH45X flow limiting check valve automatically detects and controls the actual working head of the water pump to limit the working flow of the water pump and limit the load of the motor. The LH45X flow limiting check valve is set to control the working air head. When the working head of the water pump is lower than the control head, the valve will close to increase the actual working head; When the working head of the water pump is greater than the set head, the valve is fully open and the valve resistance is small. The setting of the control air head can be set according to the rated current of the motor or according to the operating conditions. The working head setting value of the valve is adjustable, and the general factory setting value is the design operating condition head.The check function of the LH45X flow limiting check valve is equivalent to a micro resistance slow closing check valve, with no back flow.
