BD343H Flange Type Multi-level Metal Hard Seal Insulation Butterfly Valve

BD343H flange multi-level metal hard seal insulation butterfly valve, also known as jacket butterfly valve, is a type of butterfly valve that is welded with a metal jacket on the outside of the valve body on the basis of a regular triple eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve. There are jacket interfaces on both sides of the insulation butterfly valve body, which can contain steam or other superheated gases to prevent the medium from solidifying or crystallizing at room temperature. The flange of the temperature butterfly valve is one to two specifications larger than that of ordinary metal hard sealed butterfly valves, mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, etc. The sealing principle of the metal sealed triple eccentric butterfly valve utilizes an eccentric structure, achieving almost no friction between the disc and the valve seat during valve opening and closing. The torque of the valve stem is directly transmitted to the sealing surface through the disc, thereby eliminating the common jumping phenomenon when opening ordinary valves. This means that the eccentric butterfly valve can almost enter the adjustable area from 0 degrees to 90 degrees. Its normal regulation ratio is more than twice that of a regular butterfly valve, and the regulation ratio can be as high as 100:1 or more. This creates favorable conditions for the use of eccentric butterfly valves as control valves. Metal sealing can be used in media with slight particles and slurry, with a suitable temperature of up to 425 ℃ and a maximum pressure of 6.4 MPa. There is almost no friction during sealing, ensuring less torque and better sealing performance. The flange is suitable for various standards for clamping hole connections.
Product performance parameters:
1) Adopting a three-dimensional eccentric structure, the valve seat and butterfly plate have almost no friction, and have a tighter sealing function and compensatory wear of the sealing pair.
2) The sealing ring is a soft and hard layered metal sheet, which has the dual advantages of metal sealing and elastic sealing.
3) The sealing surface is made of Dui Si Tai Li hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4) By selecting different materials, it has excellent sealing performance under low temperature, high temperature, and high pressure conditions, and can be manufactured into a bi-directional sealing type.
5) Multiple transmission devices can be provided according to user requirements. 6. Electric butterfly valves can be manually or remotely controlled on site, and can meet the needs of computer programming technology.
 
Product features:
1) Triple Eccentricity Structure: The valve stem axis is offset by a dimension A from the sealing surface of the disc and offset by a dimension B from the valve body channel axis. The valve seat rotation axis forms an eccentricity angle a from the valve body channel axis, thus forming three eccentricities. When the butterfly valve is opened from 0 to 90, the sealing surface of the butterfly plate will immediately detach from the valve seat surface at the moment of opening. When it is closed from 90 to 0, only at the moment of closing will the sealing surface of the disc come into contact and press against the valve seat surface. However, the sealing pressure can be adjusted arbitrarily by applying a driving torque. So there is no friction between the sealing surface on the valve seat and disc, eliminating the possibility of wear and leakage.
2) Truss type butterfly plate structure: The butterfly plate has high strength, large over current area and low flow resistance.
3) Torque sealing: When the triple eccentric structure of the butterfly valve closes, the sealing pressure between the two sealing surfaces of the sealing pair is generated by the driving torque applied to the valve stem. Not only does it eliminate the reduction and disappearance of sealing specific pressure caused by aging, cold flow, and elastic failure of conventional elastic valve seat materials, but it can also achieve arbitrary adjustment of its sealing specific pressure through changes in the external and central driving torque, thereby improving the sealing performance of the three eccentric butterfly valve and greatly improving its service life.
4) Soft and hard laminated metal sealing structure: The butterfly plate sealing ring adopts a combination of soft and hard laminated stainless steel sheets and flexible graphite, which gives it the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperature working conditions.
5) Bidirectional sealing: As the cone angle of the sealing surface is smaller than the friction angle of the sealing material, the butterfly plate immediately realizes self-locking when it is closed to the sealing position and can withstand a certain amount of reverse pressure impact.
6) Fireproof structure: The all metal structure itself has the characteristics of fire safety.
7) BD343H, BD343Y, BD343Y metal sealed butterfly valve body sealing surface: Made of hard alloy or stainless steel for high strength, good hardness, and wear resistance. It can be opened and closed continuously for more than 600000 times without damage.
8) Sealing ring: The sealing ring is clamped onto the butterfly plate by a pressure plate, making it easy to install, adjust, and replace. The upper and lower parts of the valve stem are equipped with shaft sleeves to prevent wear and adhesion, thereby improving the service life.
