Compared with floating ball valves, Q347F turbine fixed ball valves transmit all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball to the bearing during operation, which does not cause the ball to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure, resulting in small torque, small valve seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life of fixed ball valves. They are suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter situations. Advanced spring pre seat components with self tightening characteristics, achieving upstream sealing. Manual turbine, flange connection, fixed structural form, valve body made of carbon steel or stainless steel material, sealed with internal PTFE valve seat or alloy material, used at a temperature of -29 ¡æ+350 ¡æ, selected according to the sealing material, suitable for medium: water, oil, gas, chemical gas and liquid, with a pressure of 1.0MPa~6.4MPa. It is widely used in natural gas, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, shipbuilding, paper making, food, aerospace, petroleum and other heavy and light industries. Suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, as well as natural gas long-distance pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide media, impurities, and severe corrosion.
Product features:
- The valve seat adopts a spring structure, which pushes the valve seat towards the sphere, ensuring good low-pressure sealing performance;
- Both the front and back valve seats of the fixed ball valve can be sealed, which is known as the bidirectional sealing feature. By using the built-in discharge valve, the middle chamber of the valve body can discharge outward;
- The pivot adopts an anti blow out protection structure and low friction coefficient bearings. Has excellent performance, high reliability, and a wide range of applications;

Installation precautions for ball valves:
- During installation and construction, care must be taken to avoid hitting the valve.
- Before installation, the ball valve should be inspected to verify its specifications and model, and to identify any damage, especially for the valve stem. Rotate it a few more times to see if it is skewed, as the valve stem is most likely to be knocked off during transportation. Also, remove any debris inside the valve.
- When lifting a ball valve, the rope should not be tied to the handwheel or valve stem to avoid damaging these components. It should be tied to the valve body.
- The pipeline connected to the ball valve must be cleaned thoroughly. Compressed air can be used to blow away iron oxide shavings, mud and sand, welding slag, and other debris. These debris not only easily scratch the sealing surface of the ball valve, but also block the small valve with large particles (such as welding slag), causing it to fail.
- Leave a position for the valve handle to rotate during installation.
- Ball valves cannot be used for throttling.
- Ball valves with transmission mechanisms should be installed upright.
