The Q941F/Q941H electric stainless steel flange ball valve equipped with precision small electric switch type actuator operation switch valve is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals and long-distance pipelines. The closing element of a ball valve is a ball (or part of a ball) with a hole, which rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening or closing of the valve. Among various valves, ball valves have the lowest flow resistance. When the full diameter ball valve is opened, the ball channel, valve body channel, and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a diameter, and the medium can flow almost without any loss. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90 °, with quick opening and closing. Compared with gate valves and globe valves of the same specifications, ball valves have a smaller volume and lighter weight, making them easier to install in pipelines.
Application scope:
Widely used in automation control systems in industrial sectors such as paper making, petrochemicals, chemicals, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, petroleum, and light industry.
Product advantages:
1) The floating ball valve adopts a full bore or reduced bore design, with low flow resistance.
2) The ISO5211 connection standard can make the installation of electric/pneumatic actuators more specialized.
3) Equipped with a fireproof and anti-static structure, conductive springs are installed between the valve stem and valve body, as well as between the valve stem and sphere, to prevent ignition of flammable media due to static electricity. Ensure system security.
4) The fire-resistant structure provides dual protection. In the event of a fire causing damage to the sealing ring, all sealing parts of the ball valve can form a metal to metal hard sealing structure.
Product Disadvantages:
1) The characteristics of the structure are not suitable for manufacturing large diameters.
2) During use, there is severe friction and high torque between the valve seat and ball during the opening process.
3) The installation space is limited due to the large structure.
