The J641W/J641H/J641Y pneumatic stainless steel globe valve is composed of a cylinder and a stainless steel globe valve. Different valve seals and cylinder operation methods are selected according to different working conditions. Simple structure, convenient manufacturing and maintenance; Small work schedule and short opening and closing time; The sealing surface between the closing body (valve disc) and the valve seat adopts conical sealing, which has low closing force, erosion resistance, and reliable sealing. The valve seat of the pneumatic shut-off valve can be a replaceable valve seat, which can be matched with the sealing surface material of the closing part to meet the requirements of the working condition and extend the service life. Adopting a dual acting cylinder, the valve is remotely controlled using either the upper chamber intake or the lower chamber intake, making it easy and flexible to operate. Cylinder uses medium: compressed air, nitrogen.

Application scope:
Widely used in textile, chemical, petroleum, incineration plants, cremation plants, thermal power plants, pharmaceuticals, food, shipbuilding, steel smelting, papermaking, biotechnology, chemical fields and other places.

Product advantages:

  1. Carefully selected materials, in compliance with relevant domestic and international standards, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
  2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of iron-based alloy overlay welding or Stellite cobalt based hard alloy overlay welding, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and long service life.
  3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
  4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
  5. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and gasket can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
  6. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on the body, which is reliable in sealing. The replacement of fillers can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast, and does not affect the operation of the system.
