J41H/J41Y Zhonghang brand manual high-performance steam globe valves are strictly produced according to customer requirements, meeting the standards of American API, British BS, German DIN, Japanese JIS, Chinese GB/JB, and HG (Ministry of Chemical Industry). The product has a nominal diameter of 1/4 "-24" (DN6-600), a nominal pressure level of 150LB-2500LB (1.0mPa~42.0Mpa), and a design temperature of -196 ¡æ --650 ¡æ.

Widely used in textile, chemical, petroleum, incineration plants, cremation plants, thermal power plants, machine room ventilation, medicine, food, shipbuilding, steel smelting, paper making, biotechnology, chemical fields and other places.
Product advantages:
- The structure is simpler than that of a gate valve, making it easier to manufacture and maintain.
- When opening and closing, the valve disc stroke is small, so the height of the globe valve is smaller than that of the gate valve, but the structural length is longer than that of the gate valve.
- The sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, with good sealing performance. There is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface during opening and closing, so the wear and scratch are not severe. The sealing performance is good, and the service life is long.
- The opening and closing torque is large, the opening and closing are difficult, and the opening and closing time is long.
- The fluid resistance is high due to the tortuous medium channels in the valve body, resulting in high fluid resistance and high power consumption.
- When the nominal pressure PN of the medium flow direction is ¡Ü 16MPa, downstream flow is generally adopted, and the medium flows upward from the direction below the valve disc; When the nominal pressure PN is ¡Ý 20MPa, reverse flow is generally used, and the medium flows downward from the valve disc to increase the sealing energy. When in use, the medium of the shut-off valve can only flow in one direction and cannot be changed.
- When fully open, the valve disc is often eroded.
