Z40H/Y and Z41H/Y manual elastic gate valves differ from national standard gate valves in that they use American standard API and ASME execution standards for design, production, and testing. The design dimensions of this standard are reasonable and standardized, and the production of valves highlights the overall structural sense.Its performance is even better than that of national standard valves, so it is very popular in the market. However, due to the difficulty of production and manufacturing being greater than that of national standard valve products, the price is also multiple times higher than that of national standard valves. Used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, oil products, liquid metals, and radioactive media. Manual transmission switch, connection method is flange connection, valve stem is a rising stem wedge rigid single gate plate, valve seat sealing surface material is 2Cr13 stainless steel/hard alloy, pressure level 150 (Lb) to 600 (Lb), valve body material is carbon steel/austenitic stainless steel.
Product features:
1) The fluid resistance is small and the sealing surface is less susceptible to medium brushing and erosion.
2) Opening and closing are relatively effortless.
3) The flow direction of the medium is not restricted, does not disturb flow, and does not reduce pressure.
4) Simple shape, short structural length, good manufacturing process, and wide applicability.
Product Disadvantages:
1) Sealing surfaces are prone to erosion and abrasion, making maintenance difficult.
2) The external dimensions are relatively large, requiring a certain amount of space for opening and closing, and the opening and closing time is long.
3) The external dimensions are relatively large and installation is limited.
