KZ43WF and Z43WF Manual Single Gate Flat Gate Valve

KZ43WF and Z43WF manual single gate flat gate valves are used in pipelines with suspended particles such as gas, natural gas, and chemical gases. Meets the API6D specification requirements, has bidirectional blocking and release functions, and can be used for bidirectional fluid shut-off. The transmission mode of PN10~PN160 is manual, and the connection method is flange connection. The rising stem is a parallel rigid single gate valve, and the sealing surface material of the valve seat is chromium stainless steel+PTFE.The nominal pressure is PN16~PN160 and the valve body material is carbon steel (Z43WF-10C-160) and sulfur resistant carbon steel (KZ43WF-10C-160), which are flat gate valves without guide holes.
Product features:

Adopting a floating valve seat, bi-directional opening and closing, reliable sealing, and flexible opening and closing.
The gate is equipped with guide bars for precise guidance, and the sealing surfaces are sprayed with hard alloy for erosion resistance.
The valve body has a high load-bearing capacity, and the channel is a straight through type. When fully open, it is similar to the straight pipe and passes through the gate guide hole, with very small flow resistance. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple seals, ensuring reliable sealing and low friction.
When closing the valve, turn the hand wheel clockwise to move the gate down to the bottom. Due to the pressure of the medium, the inlet sealing seat is pushed towards the direction of the gate, forming a larger sealing pressure ratio and forming the first seal. At the same time, press the gate towards the sealing seat at the outlet end to form a double seal.
Due to the use of double sealing, vulnerable parts can be replaced without affecting pipeline operation. This is an important feature of our factory’s products prioritizing similar products both domestically and internationally.
When opening the gate, rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise to move the gate upwards, and the guide hole will be connected to the channel hole. As the gate rises, the through hole gradually increases. When it reaches its limit position, the diversion hole coincides with the channel hole, and it is fully open at this time.
