The Zhonghang brand zero leakage hard sealed knife gate valve is used in gas-solid two-phase pipelines of production raw materials (powder, slurry, slag ash, food raw glue) in pneumatic conveying systems, achieving zero leakage use, reducing the waste of production raw material flow caused by valve leakage, and saving production costs. Mainly suitable for pipeline pressures ranging from PN6 to PN25, with a temperature range of -196 ℃ to+350 ℃. Materials can be selected from a series of alloy steels such as WCB, 304, 316, and 2520 high-temperature steel. Widely used in fields such as chemical, coal, sugar, wastewater and paper making.
Technical features:
- Newly optimized structural design, widely used in industries such as paper making, coal slag, coal slurry, acid washing coal process, food, medicine, etc. The inlet end of the valve has a fully open structure, and there is no accumulation of material. The valve can be opened and closed smoothly in different installation positions.
- The interior and sealing components of the valve chamber can be lined with ceramics and sprayed with hard alloy to prevent particle media from wearing the valve chamber and sealing surface, ensuring good sealing performance under wear-resistant working conditions.
- Lightweight structure, flexible switching, with a leakage level of VI (zero leakage).
- The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and valve plate are welded with hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and greatly improves the service life of the valve.
- The valve adopts pneumatic, electric, electro-hydraulic linkage, gear reduction drive and hand wheel switch.
