LXLZ71Y Manual Two Phase Flow Wafer Type Slag Discharge Gate Valve

LXLZ71Y manual two-phase flow wafer type slag discharge gate valve is used as an opening and closing device in water ash removal, dry ash removal systems, or two-phase flow pipelines in mining and other industries in thermal power plants. Cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, suitable for ash water mixture and slag water mixture (slag water ratio 16:1).
Application scope:
Used as an opening and closing device on two-phase flow pipelines in thermal power plant water ash removal, dry ash removal systems, mining industry, and other industries.
Product advantages:

The sealing auxiliary material is wear-resistant ceramic or wear-resistant alloy, which has strong wear resistance, strong wear resistance, durable erosion resistance, scratch resistance, low friction force and reliable sealing.
The outlet channel of the valve body has a reasonable structure, no slag, flexible opening and closing, and no jamming.
The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding treatment, which provides good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and wear resistance.
Rolling bearings with medium and large diameters for easy opening and closing.
