Main features:

1. Adopting a pressure self tightening sealing structure, elastic gate, and welded connections at both ends.
2. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of cobalt based hard alloy plasma spray welding, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance. The sealing surface of the valve disc has been hardened and nitrided.
3. The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion-resistant nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The opening and closing of the valve are controlled by an electric device, which is equipped with a dedicated motor, reducer, torque control mechanism, on-site operation mechanism, manual and electric switching mechanism.In addition to on-site operation, it can also be operated remotely.Various electric actuators can be selected and matched according to user requirements.

Execution standards:

1. Design, manufacturing, and acceptance shall comply with JB/T3595, DL/T53I standards, and Japanese thermal power valve standard E101.
2. The structural length shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T12221, E101, JB/T2766, GB/T15188.1 standards or as required by the user.
3. The pressure temperature level shall be in accordance with the E101 and JB/T3595 standards.
4. The welding groove size shall be in accordance with the standards of GB/T12224, JB/T3595, ASME B16.25, or according to the user’s piping size requirements.
5. According to user requirements, ASME B16.34 standard can be used to manufacture high-grade valves such as 900Lb, 1500Lb, 2000Lb, 2500Lb, etc.
