This valve is mainly used for emptying and draining high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline sections in thermal power plants, improving the utilization rate of steam and ensuring the safe operation of the unit.

Technical features:
- The company has successfully developed a high-temperature and high-pressure ball valve through optimized design, which can reach a pressure level of 4500LB and a high temperature of 650 ¡ã C. It solves the high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions of special media such as steam, gas, coal slag, slurry, heavy oil, and the application of coal powder wear-resistant media.
- HVOF thermal spray technology and supersonic spray technology analyze the three elements of adhesion, porosity, and hardness to solve the reliability and integrity of spray materials, making the hardness of the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat reach HRC78 or above, improving the service life and wear resistance of the valve.
- The valve stem seal adopts a dynamic disc spring loading structure, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve stem, reducing the friction of the valve stem packing, and reducing the torque of the valve switch.
- The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and sphere are subjected to one-on-one diamond sand directional grinding, which provides a more consistent seal and improves sealing performance, resulting in zero leakage of the valve.
- We have independently developed a high-temperature wear-resistant test bench, which simulates harsh working conditions to conduct type tests on valves, ensuring sealing performance and valve switching flexibility under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
