Manual High Temperature And High Pressure Drainage (Ball) Valve

Our company has absorbed the production process and technical characteristics of well-known foreign brands such as VTI, Velan, MOGAS, SST, etc., and independently developed the "Zhonghang Brand" high-temperature and high-pressure vent and drain ball valves. We have replaced imported products with domestic products and achieved the localization of valves for harsh working conditions. This valve is mainly used for emptying and draining high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline sections in thermal power plants, improving the utilization rate of steam and ensuring the safe operation of the unit.

Application scope:
Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, high solid content media, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant working conditions, including power plants, petrochemical and mining industries. A type of valve used for boiler drainage, steam turbine drainage, boiler fixed discharge continuous discharge water supply system drainage, steam drum discharge, super heater discharge and drainage, ash blower isolation, bypass pipeline isolation, and economizer header drainage.

Technical features:

  1. The company has successfully developed a high-temperature and high-pressure ball valve through optimized design, which can reach a pressure level of 4500LB and a high temperature of 650 ¡ã C. It solves the high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions of special media such as steam, gas, coal slag, slurry, heavy oil, and the application of coal powder wear-resistant media.
  2. HVOF thermal spray technology and supersonic spray technology analyze the three elements of adhesion, porosity, and hardness to solve the reliability and integrity of spray materials, making the hardness of the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat reach HRC78 or above, improving the service life and wear resistance of the valve.
  3. The valve stem seal adopts a dynamic disc spring loading structure, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve stem, reducing the friction of the valve stem packing, and reducing the torque of the valve switch.
  4. The sealing surfaces of the valve seat and sphere are subjected to one-on-one diamond sand directional grinding, which provides a more consistent seal and improves sealing performance, resulting in zero leakage of the valve.
  5. We have independently developed a high-temperature wear-resistant test bench, which simulates harsh working conditions to conduct type tests on valves, ensuring sealing performance and valve switching flexibility under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
  6. The valve adopts pneumatic, electric, electro-hydraulic linkage, turbine drive and handle operation.
  7. Finite element analysis of valve stress.

Product advantages:

  1. Compared to cut-off type drain valves, they have advantages such as large drainage flow rate, no erosion, and fast opening and closing speed.
  2. Adopting a split structure for on-site replacement and maintenance is convenient and fast, with a long service life.
  3. The proprietary layer independently developed is more suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure cavitation.
  4. Replacing imported multi brand products with VTI and MOGAS series.
  5. According to the customer¡¯s on-site use, multiple operating methods can be selected, including manual, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic.
  6. Valves have the characteristic of getting better as they are used, and the stress released by the valve body is better than that of new products when repaired and continued to be used in the later stage.
