Shanghai Zhonghang brand ZHVSW-2 "-2500LB/F22 pneumatic with manual drain ball valve has independently developed a hard sealed ball valve suitable for high temperature and high pressure working conditions through years of experience in power plants and analysis and in-depth research on valve failures in various boiler plants, steam turbines, and auxiliary equipment plants.It fills the gap in domestic high-temperature and high-pressure drain valves and replaces a series of imported drain valves in the form of VTI and MOGAS. Our experience has led us to choose materials with higher hardness, thereby enhancing wear resistance while reducing wear opportunities.The hardness of the valve seat surface is Rockwell hardness HRC62, ensuring no scratches or particle infiltration, avoiding wear and forming dangerous leakage channels. Through continuous metallurgical research and development design, technologies have been developed to overcome various wear issues. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, high solid content media, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant working conditions, including power plants, petrochemical and mining industries.
Product thermal expansion stuck in high temperature and high pressure condition on-site solution:
When the working condition suddenly rises from the cold temperature to the design temperature, or drops from the design temperature to the cold temperature, the Zhonghang brand ball valve can withstand thermal shock. The sealing surfaces of the sphere and valve seat are made of the same material, ensuring the same thermal expansion (same coefficient of thermal expansion) in the event of sudden heating.

Main application scenarios:
A type of valve used for boiler drainage, steam turbine drainage, boiler fixed discharge continuous discharge water supply system drainage, steam drum discharge, super heater discharge and drainage, ash blower isolation, bypass pipeline isolation, and economizer header drainage.
