ZHCVC Tank Truck Special Emergency Shut-off Valve (sub sea valve)

1、 Overview of Shanghai Zhonghang Emergency Shut-off Valve:
The special emergency shut-off valve for Zhonghang tank trucks is a special valve suitable for tank bottoms. Shanghai Zhonghang valve technology department, production department and inspection department spent 7 months researching and developing production, and after repeated process improvement, production samples, and assembly testing, it was finally launched on the market. The new design is tailored to the special structure and safety characteristics of hazardous material tank trucks, and its advantages are as follows:

1. The three valve body structures of 45 °, 90 °, and 180 ° make the valve design more compact, improving the rigidity of the valve and achieving zero leakage;
2. The valve disc adopts a rotary type, and the rotary valve disc structure increases the flow rate by nearly 40% compared to the lifting type, greatly reducing the unloading time;
3. The valve stem has an elastic locking structure, so the valve is in a normally closed state under the action of spring force. The valve will only open unless there is sufficient external force on the handle. So when a tanker truck accident occurs, the valve body shear groove breaks, the valve disc is still completely sealed to prevent the leakage of corrosive media, the valve fuse design, the valve exceeds 70°C high temperature, the handle locking fuse breaks, and the valve automatically closes;
4. There are two types of operating mechanisms: handle and pneumatic.
5. Fireproof structure design - ball shaped valve disc and conical valve seat, when non-metallic sealing rings burn, the metal valve disc and valve seat can still be securely sealed.
6. The design, manufacturing, and acceptance of valves shall comply with the requirements of QC/T932-2012 "Emergency shut-off valves for tank vehicles transporting liquid dangerous goods on roads".
