The Zhonghang Valve - Pull off Valve (Emergency Release Device) has been structurally optimized and tested to ensure maximum safety in fluid transportation in marine and land crane pipes. Through a completely optimized and unique design, this device can automatically and safely disconnect without any leakage in the crane tube when it exceeds the rated capacity of the operating system. Its advantages include ensuring triggering in the event of danger, instantaneous valve closure, minimal dripping, and relatively small pressure loss. The installation valve is equipped with a positioning reverse pull cable.

  1. The valve core at the end of the pull off valve should be coated with lightweight film of lubricating grease or high-grade rust proof oil.
  2. Crane tube type emergency release device.
  3. Install a one-way valve in the inner hole of the insertion shaft and sleeve. When connecting the joint, a self-locking effect is generated, which locks the insertion shaft in the insertion sleeve hole and prevents it from falling off, thus achieving fast connection. At the same time, the outer circle of the insertion shaft head is equipped with an O-ring to achieve axial sealing, and the internal fluid does not leak outward. When it is necessary to detach both ends of the joint, the valve core will quickly and automatically close, preventing the fluid inside the joint from leaking outward, thereby achieving rapid detachment and maintaining the internal fluid.

Key point: It is recommended to conduct a monthly inspection of the break off valve to ensure that it can be freely separated during pulling. Inspect the rupture valve once a month to ensure safe operation. If the shut-off valve is blocked for a period of time, it is recommended to spray more anti rust oil, which can effectively prevent it from getting damp. The testing operation must be correct, including paying attention to placing the break valve back in place after simulating the break.

Attention: Liquefied petroleum gas is a flammable and explosive gas. If the components cannot be installed correctly, but due to some parts being damaged or corroded, the product cannot function properly. Incorrect maintenance can lead to air leakage and malfunction, which can damage the valve body and impair performance. The installation and use of any such components must be carried out by professionals using established work safety procedures. The main body of the rupture valve is a bidirectional valve closed by spring force, and its rupture force comes from the detachment of the equipment itself. When the tank truck moves beyond the working area, the hose first extends, and before reaching the yield limit, the connecting bolt is pulled off. The two one-way valves separate: one one-way valve remains on the pipeline, and the other one-way valve is taken away with the hose; As the one-way valve separates, the valve disc resets under the action of spring force, achieving automatic closing and sealing.

Reset: Empty pipeline: Empty the medium inside the hose and pipeline to meet safety regulations; Retrieve the one-way valve that has been pulled away by the hose, check if the main and secondary seals of the two valves are damaged, and replace them if they are damaged.
