Q44F-16Ti Manual Three-way Titanium Ball Valve

The Q44F-16Ti manual three-way titanium ball valve utilizes the excellent stability and self passivation ability of titanium metal materials in highly corrosive environments to resist strong corrosion under various harsh working conditions. The chemical stability of the passive oxide film on its surface in corrosive media. For neutral, oxidizing, and weakly reducing media environments, passive oxide films themselves have good stability. For reducing corrosive media with high temperature or low pH value, in order to improve the stability of their passive oxide film, corrosion inhibitors (such as air, water, heavy metal ions, and anions) can be added, such as surface ion modification treatment of titanium, anodizing treatment, etc., to improve the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of titanium in reducing corrosive media and meet the requirements of use. Used to cut off or connect media in pipelines, widely used in chlor alkali industry, soda ash industry, pharmaceutical industry, fertilizer industry, fine chemical industry, textile fiber synthesis and dyeing industry, basic organic acid and inorganic salt production, nitric acid industry, etc.

The three-way titanium ball valve can be divided into L-shaped and T-shaped. The L-shaped (Q44F) three-way ball valve is used for switching the flow direction of the medium and can connect two perpendicular channels; T-shaped (Q45F) three-way ball valve is used for medium separation, merging, and flow direction switching. A T-shaped tee can connect three channels to each other or connect two of them. Three way ball valves generally adopt a two seat structure, and can also adopt a four seat structure according to user requirements.

Product features:

  1. Among various valves, ball valves have the lowest flow resistance. When the full diameter ball valve is opened, the ball channel, valve body channel, and connecting pipe diameter are equal and form a diameter, and the medium can flow almost without any loss.
  2. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90 ”ć, with quick opening and closing. Compared with gate and globe valves of the same specifications, ball valves have a smaller volume and lighter weight, making them easier to install in pipelines.
  3. Outstanding advantages such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and good pressure resistance.
  4. Equipped with a turbo reduction mechanism, the output torque is reduced and the switch is lightweight
