The Q41H/Q41Y manual floating hard sealed ball valve adopts metal to metal sealing for the ball and valve seat, and the valve seat adopts a sealing structure loaded with plate springs, which breaks through the limitations of low temperature and unsuitable use of granular media in soft sealed ball valves.Hard sealed ball valves are used in devices and pipelines for high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil, viscous and particulate media. Especially suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fiber properties.Widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical industry, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceuticals, paper making etc. Product features:
- The valve seat adopts a sealing structure loaded with plate springs, which can use high temperatures and granular media;
- Adopting a bottom mounted valve stem and equipped with an inverted sealing structure, it can ensure reliable sealing at the packing area;
- The ball can be designed as an anti-static structure, with conductive springs installed between the ball and the valve stem, as well as between the valve stem and the valve body, to prevent static electricity from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety;
- The sphere and sealing surface are treated by nitriding, welding, spraying and other methods, which can meet different process requirements;
- An auxiliary sealing structure can be installed at the valve seat of the ball valve, and a grease valve can be added to the valve seat and valve stem£¬in emergency situations, it can be temporarily sealed and the valve stem can be extended as needed to be suitable for buried laying;
- Pneumatic and electric actuators can be installed to achieve centralized and remote control.
- Advanced valve seat: The valve seat is designed based on years of experience in ball valve manufacturing, ensuring valve sealing, low friction coefficient, small operating torque, multiple valve seat materials, and a wide range of applications.
- An error free switch handle: using a flat head valve stem, the connection with the handle will not be misaligned, ensuring that the switch status indicated by the handle is consistent with that of the valve.
- Locking device: To prevent misoperation of valve opening and closing, there are locking holes in the fully open and fully closed positions of the valve to ensure that it is in the correct position.
- Valve stem anti flying structure: The valve stem is bottom mounted to prevent pressure from flying out. At the same time, it can form metal contact with the valve body after a fire, ensuring that the valve stem is sealed.
