The Q647H/Y pneumatic fixed hard sealed ball valve is equipped with a pneumatic fork type pneumatic actuator operation switch,middle flange is connected to the upper and lower valve stems with screws, and sliding bearings are installed to reduce friction,operation is labor-saving and stable.Under normal circumstances: when the pressure is low, the valve seat seal relies on the pre tightening force of the spring to make the valve seat tightly adhere to the sphere for sealing,when the pressure is high, a piston effect is formed on the valve seat, and under the pressure of the upstream medium, the valve seat presses against the sphere for sealing.Especially suitable for situations where the medium is viscous, contains particles, and has fiber properties. Widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical, teaching equipment, light industry, high-pressure equipment, pharmaceutical, paper making etc., for remote centralized control or on-site control.

- The three-way connection forged steel fixed ball valve is a method of dividing the valve body into three parts along the section perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel at the two valve seats,entire valve is symmetrical about the center axis of the valve stem.
