ZCRP electromagnetic gas emergency shut-off valve is a new type of safety supporting device for gas pipeline engineering, with excellent technical performance, low load loss, high safety, suitable for combustible gases such as urban gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas etc.
The main applications are as follows:
- Connected to combustible gas leak detection instruments or linked to the overall fire protection system, when the instrument detects a combustible gas leak or other alarm signals that require cutting off the gas source, it automatically and quickly closes the main gas supply valve, cuts off the gas supply, and promptly stops the occurrence of malignant accidents.
- Connected to the limit temperature (pressure) safety controller of the thermal equipment, when the temperature or pressure at the detection point inside the equipment exceeds the set limit value, the gas supply valve will be automatically closed and the gas supply will be stopped.
- Connected to the central fire alarm system of high-rise buildings, when a fire occurs in the building, the gas supply inside the building is automatically cut off to prevent gas explosions.
- Install this series of gas quick shut-off valves in the gas supply network of cities or factories, which can be centrally controlled in the central control room and remotely controlled to urgently shut off the gas supply to the pipeline at the accident site.
- Cut off the gas when repairing and troubleshooting the gas pipeline system.
